Job summary

The Springfields Academy (Reach South Academy Trust) is seeking an experienced Autism Support Worker to join the school at Calne site. The role supports the teacher to deliver an autism-friendly curriculum and develop social and functional skills.

You will work 19 hours per week, term-time only (39 weeks), on a permanent part-time contract. The post offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional development within a values-led Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering autism-friendly curricula and social skills training.
• Ability to work with families to implement functional skills at home and in the community.
• Knowledge of autism approaches and strategies such as TEACCH.
