Autism East Midlands is hiring Casual Relief Support Workers for our Bolsover site. You will support autistic adults with a variety of activities, encouraging independence and community integration.

No experience is required as full training is provided, and we value the right attitude and ability to work with our team. Our support is on a 24/7 rolling rota with shifts including early, late, sleep-ins, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Right attitude and values aligned with our team.
• Experience in care settings (optional) is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic people with activities they enjoy.
• Provide holistic support including personal care.
• Support with medication administration when required.
• Assist integration into the local community.
• Help manage anxieties and distressing behaviours.
