Job summary
Autism Initiatives is seeking a committed Support Worker to join our team in delivering person-centred care for autistic individuals. You will help people to be as independent as possible in their own homes, enable participation in community activities, and support health, wellbeing and social engagement aligned with each person’s goals.

- Encourage participation in community activities such as swimming, walking groups, trips to the cinema.
