Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a dynamic team. You will assist individuals to live independently at home, support health and wellbeing, and help participants access community activities such as swimming and walking groups.

Training is provided, with opportunities to gain Diploma Level 2, DBS checks, and a clear progression pathway. This role offers a pro rata salary for 27 hours and a friendly, values-driven environment.

• Promote health and well-being and support individuals to maintain their home.
