Job description

The school is an independent specialist school, offering placements for students aged 7-19 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD/ASC). They are part of a supportive trust that provides training and career progression opportunities for the right candidate. The working hours are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

The desired Teaching Assistant will have:

  1. Experience working with school-aged children
  2. Experience working with pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour
  3. A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils
  4. An ability to work as part of a team
