Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? Keen to make a difference in a child's primary education experience? Protocol Education is recruiting for an Autism Support Worker to work full-time at a school in BS15.
The role involves supporting a child on a 1:1 basis, requiring the ability to build trust and positive relationships. The child will have an Education Health Care Plan. Experience with children or adults with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with flexible options available. Responsibilities include supporting the child's learning, emotional well-being, social skills development, and assisting with class activities and behaviour management. All intervention work will be provided or guided by the class teacher.

Pay rates include holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanence later. Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and will conduct necessary checks, including DBS.
