Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Croydon.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction, and implement individual education and behaviour support plans in a safe, engaging learning environment.

You will work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and parents to ensure pupils' progress and well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN or autism.
• Patient, resilient and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
