Swansea area private Direct Payment Client seeks a Social Care Personal Assistant to support a boy with autism. Driving licence and car are essential. Role focuses on safe transport to activities, in-home supervision, and personal care reminders, with privacy and confidentiality paramount.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with autistic children and children with additional learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Take the child to trampoline park, soft play, and local parks.
• Stay with the child at home and supervise play.
• Assist with personal care and reminders for toilet routines when outside.
• Apply safety measures and maintain privacy and confidentiality in the home.
• Follow agreed instructions and be flexible with hours, including weekends.
