Job summary

Vision for Education are recruiting an Autism Support Assistant to work in a primary SEND setting in Middlesbrough. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible, with potential for a permanent contract. Flexible start dates are available for the new academic year.

You will join a dedicated team supporting children with autism in a supportive school environment, with training and safeguarding processes in place. Competitive hourly pay and PAYE payroll are provided.

• Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults in any capacity.
• Experience supporting people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities is desirable.

Autism Support Assistant Middlesbrough

Pay: £14.24 – £15 per hour (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Vision for Education are recruiting for an Autism Support Assistant to work in a primary-aged SEND school in Middlesbrough. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday), starting as soon as possible, with the potential to lead to a permanent contract. We also have positions available for a September start as well, so whether you are available now or planning ahead for the new academic year, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Someone who has worked with children, young people or vulnerable adults in any capacity
• Someone who may have experience with supporting people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
• Someone with great patience, drive and determination
• Someone looking to extend and expand their skillset
