A flourishing primary school in Waltham Forest, London are seeking a dedicated Autism Support Assistant to join them in the new academic year on a long-term contract. The Head Teacher is keen to offer the suitable candidate a permanent contract from September 2025.
This creative and inclusive primary school are looking for a confident, ambitious and outgoing Autism Support Assistant to provide support for pupils with various Special Educational Needs.
You will be working alongside a motivated team of specialist teachers, various therapists, and inclusion staff as an autism support assistant. You will help to manage the classroom environment, create exciting activities and delivering tailored programmes to pupils using the extensive resources available at the school.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a graduate searching for the perfect role to start their career in education, or an individual passionate about ASD who is looking to work alongside skilled and experienced professionals.
