New Bridge Learning Centre in Oldham seeks a SEN Teacher to join the Entitlement Base, a highly specialist provision for autistic students aged 16–19 with complex needs. The role requires reflective practice, autism-informed approaches and precise, patient teaching.

You will work with a small class and a supportive team, with SEN and Bundle Base allowances. This is a permanent, 1.0 FTE post based at New Bridge Learning Centre, commencing January 2027 (or when notice allows) with a closing date

Qualificações

• MPS/UPS or working towards
• A highly specialist SEN teaching role focusing on autism-informed practice

Responsabilidades

• Teach in a highly specialist base for autistic students with complex needs
• Apply autism-informed approaches and structured teaching
• Work with a small group of students and a large support team to ensure individualised learning
