The Education Network is recruiting a Class Teacher for a SEND school in Birmingham. You will deliver differentiated lessons, working with teaching assistants to support pupils with Autism and complex needs, while fostering a positive, nurturing classroom atmosphere.

A permanent, full-time role with strong leadership and ongoing professional development. You will contribute to pupil progress with adaptable teaching approaches and a patient, creative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as Class Teacher in SEND settings.
• Patience, creativity and commitment to pupil progress.
• Strong adaptability and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Teaching a class of pupils with Autism and complex learning needs.
• Planning and delivering a tailored curriculum based on individual needs.
• Working closely with teaching assistants and therapists to support pupils’ development.
