Job summary

Colten Care's partner Outcomes First Group is recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist to join a clinical hub in West London. You will work in specialist further education colleges for autistic young people aged 18–25, managing a caseload and collaborating with educators to tailor communication interventions.

The role offers professional development support, a £2,000 training allowance, and a commitment to safeguarding. Driving licence and HCPC/RCSLT registration are preferred.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required or in process.
• Registered with RCSLT or eligible for membership.
• Experience in educational or complex needs settings is desirable.
• Knowledge of assessment tools used with autism and related needs.
• CPD evidence and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech and Language Therapy to autistic young people (18–25) in West London specialist colleges.
• Collaborate with education and clinical teams to meet learners' communication needs.
• Support staff training, consultation and reflective practice within the Clinical Hub.
