Autism Together in Wirral is seeking a Day Services Support Worker to help adults with autism develop skills, independence and confidence through engaging activities such as arts and crafts, swimming, gym sessions, farm work, and community-based projects.

You will join a warm, supportive team in a person-centred environment, with fully paid induction training, a free enhanced DBS check, and opportunities to gain professionally recognised qualifications and apprenticeships.

Qualificações

• Must pass a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
• GCSE Maths and English Grade 4/C or above or equivalent.
• Patience, inspiring, and sensitive to the needs of vulnerable people.
• Ability to motivate others.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to adults with autism in a range of activities from arts and crafts to swimming, gym, farm work and community-based projects.
• Support day-to-day activities in a person-centred environment and help individuals build confidence and learn new skills.
• Participate in fully paid induction training and pursue professionally recognised qualifications or apprenticeships.
