The Kent Autistic Trust is seeking a caring Support Worker to join Woodville Day Service in Canterbury. You will help autistic adults access meaningful activities and lead more independent, fulfilling lives with a consistent weekday pattern from 9:00am to 4:30pm, without evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Manual UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
• Ability to confidently and consistently support individuals who may experience emotional distress, heightened anxiety, or difficulty regulating their behaviour
• Clear, calm, and adaptable communication style to meet the needs of individuals with complex communication profiles
