Derby, UK
The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Capability Lead - Information Knowledge Management & Enablers has arisen within the Australian Capability team. Our nuclear business is a leader in propulsion system design and development for the Royal Navy's nuclear submarine fleet and the sole provider and technical authority, managing all aspects of plant design, safety, manufacture, performance, and through-life support.
Our customers are embarking on programmes of national and strategic importance, and our goal is to provide them with the right advice and support to establish world-class and nuclear-safe capabilities.
As the Australian Capability Lead - Information Knowledge Management and Enablers you will be providing advice to our customers so that all the systems and enablers, which deliver programme success, are fit for purpose and ready on-time. This will involve identifying all the necessary requirements for data, information and systems which deliver them to ensure our customers can construct and sustain nuclear powered submarines.
In addition, you will work with stakeholders across the business in functions like Security, Export Control, Information Technology, IKM, Intellectual Property and Commercial to integrate one message and strategy which our customers can use to ensure programme success.
This role offers a rare opportunity working across various UK sites, engaging across the CADMID cycle and interfacing with multiple industrial partners on an exciting and historically significant project, with the potential for international travel.
