Job summary

Saffery invites energetic individuals to begin a five-year ACA training journey? Correction: four-year training contract to complete the ACA, with full support and tuition access.

The School Leaver Programme includes a six-week business simulation to build essential professional skills such as teamwork, decision-making and leadership. Eligible candidates include those with AAT Level 4 for exemptions or those who will complete the full ACA syllabus.

Qualifications

• Teamwork, decision-making, leadership are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking needed.
• Exemptions possible for ACA with AAT Level 4.

Responsibilities

• Take through the various stages of an audit from planning to completion.
• Support audit engagements for clients across diverse industries by testing financial information and reviewing controls.
• Prepare clear, well-structured audit documentation and working papers.
• Work with client financial data using accounting systems and audit tools.
• Assist with planning and fieldwork, both in the office and on client sites.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business.
• Help identify differences or inconsistencies in financial information.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality audit work to deadlines.
