Make an Impact in our Audit Technical Team at RSM UK

Our National Audit Technical Services (NATS) maintains and drives the technical quality of the audit firm's operational procedures, providing technical support on accounting and financial reporting, and conducting quality control reviews.

We are expanding our financial reporting and audit technical teams to support growth, maintain quality, identify efficiencies, and lead on financial reporting changes, making this an exciting time to join as a Technical Senior Manager.

This role can be based in any UK office, with some travel expected.

You will:

• Act as a financial reporting specialist on complex audits, supporting audit teams with expertise.
• Perform second opinion reviews of technical accounting matters under IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Assist with financial and non-financial reporting consultations.
• Draft technical communications and practice aids.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical queries from Partners and staff locally and nationwide.

What we are looking for:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in a technical team or strong desire to develop in corporate reporting.
• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge.
• Experience reviewing UK listed entity financial statements for compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
