Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for an Audit Supervisor in Birmingham. You will lead on-site fieldwork, act as the main client contact and mentor junior staff within a growing Audit & Assurance team.

The role offers exposure to diverse assignments and opportunities to contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate holds ACA/ACCA part-qualification or equivalent, with prior audit experience in a professional services firm and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Audit experience in a professional services firm.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality audit work.
• Experience with analytical review approaches is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver audit engagements efficiently and to a high standard.
• Lead and supervise on-site audit work where appropriate.
• Ensure assignments are completed in line with agreed plans and instructions.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service.
• Identify and resolve audit issues proactively.
• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and training.
• Contribute to improving audit processes, quality and efficiency.
