This role offers an exciting opportunity for a talented, high-performing manager to join the Audit Stream L&D team, especially during the implementation of our new Faculty strategy. You will work alongside our existing Faculty Manager to execute and maintain the Faculty strategy and support the delivery of key programmes.

The Learning Implementation team ensures our learners have the best experience by delivering programmes effectively and managing projects, risks, and resources. The Faculty supports programme delivery through facilitation, and as Faculty Managers, you will oversee daily operations, faculty onboarding, development, and evaluation, collaborating with the Monitoring and Reporting Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing and maintaining the Faculty strategy to meet business needs and manage delivery risks.
  2. Coordinating the Faculty to achieve business outcomes.
  3. Evaluating Faculty effectiveness and presenting findings to leadership.
  4. Supporting programme delivery with onsite project management and facilitation.
  5. Managing stakeholder relationships, including with People Partners.
  6. Monitoring Faculty utilization and individual performance, reporting risks, and proposing solutions.
  7. Managing the Faculty project plan with support from the Learning Implementation team.
  8. Developing Faculty members’ skills for successful programme delivery.
  9. Acting as a specialist facilitator on key programmes when appropriate.
  10. Collaborating with L&D to plan facilitator support across programmes.
  11. Supporting project management of programmes as needed.
  12. Introducing innovative delivery methods to enhance learner experience.
  13. Driving process simplification and standardization for quality and efficiency.

Required skills and experience:

  • Manager (or equivalent) with an interest/passion for L&D.
  • Formal L&D qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • Delivery experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
  • Ability to influence, problem-solve, and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Understanding of business strategy and operational excellence.
