Effective L&D requires specialist resources to identify training needs, plan, and respond appropriately, considering latest innovations, tools, and regulatory requirements. This role offers an opportunity for a talented, ambitious manager to join during an exciting period of embedding our new Faculty strategy, supporting delivery and ongoing development of our learning programs.

The role reports to the Business Partnering and Implementation Lead and involves:

  1. Implementing and maintaining the Faculty strategy to meet business needs and manage risks
  2. Coordinating the Faculty to ensure delivery against outcomes
  3. Evaluating Faculty effectiveness and reporting to leadership
  4. Supporting program delivery through project management and facilitation
  5. Stakeholder management with People Partners
  6. Monitoring Faculty utilization and performance, managing risks
  7. Managing the Faculty project plan
  8. Developing Faculty members' skills
  9. Acting as a facilitator on key programs
  10. Collaborating with wider L&D teams to support program facilitation
  11. Supporting project management of programs
  12. Introducing innovative delivery methods to enhance learner experience
  13. Driving process standardization for quality and efficiency

Required skills and experience:

  • Manager (or equivalent) with passion for Learning & Development
  • Formal L&D qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Experience in delivery beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of business strategy and operational excellence
