A leading accountancy and business advisory firm is seeking a high-performing manager to join their Audit Stream Learning & Development team. This role focuses on implementing the Faculty strategy, ensuring effective training delivery, and managing stakeholder relationships. Effective L&D requires specialist resources who partner with the Audit Stream to identify training needs and respond appropriately. Careful planning, project management, a critical-thinking approach, and an understanding of regulatory requirements are essential.
Innovation, tools, and technology should support the development of relevant and timely training. This role offers an opportunity for a high-performing, ambitious manager to join the Audit Stream L&D team during an exciting period of embedding our new Faculty strategy. Alongside our Faculty Manager, this role will implement and maintain the Faculty strategy and wider offering, a key enabler of effective learning.
The Faculty Managers will support ongoing delivery of key programmes as facilitators. This role is within the Learning Implementation team, reporting to the Business Partnering and Implementation Lead, aiming to provide the best possible learning experience.
The team ensures effective programme delivery, managing project, risk, financial, and commercial aspects, including leading the Faculty proposition, which supports programme facilitation through a dedicated group of facilitators.
The Faculty Managers oversee daily operations, faculty onboarding, development, evaluation, and support. They are also key members of the wider programme delivery team, supporting project management for in-person programmes and implementing new Faculty strategies to enhance offerings and facilitation quality.
