Effective L&D requires specialist resources who partner with the Audit Stream to identify training needs and respond appropriately. Careful planning, project management, a critical-thinking approach, and an understanding of regulatory requirements are essential.

Innovation, tools, and technology should support the development of relevant and timely training. This role offers an opportunity for a high-performing, ambitious manager to join the Audit Stream L&D team during an exciting period of embedding our new Faculty strategy. Alongside our Faculty Manager, this role will implement and maintain the Faculty strategy and wider offering, a key enabler of effective learning.

The Faculty Managers will support ongoing delivery of key programmes as facilitators. This role is within the Learning Implementation team, reporting to the Business Partnering and Implementation Lead, aiming to provide the best possible learning experience.

The team ensures effective programme delivery, managing project, risk, financial, and commercial aspects, including leading the Faculty proposition, which supports programme facilitation through a dedicated group of facilitators.

The Faculty Managers oversee daily operations, faculty onboarding, development, evaluation, and support. They are also key members of the wider programme delivery team, supporting project management for in-person programmes and implementing new Faculty strategies to enhance offerings and facilitation quality.

You’ll be responsible for:

  1. Implementing and maintaining the Faculty strategy, ensuring it meets business needs and manages risks.
  2. Coordinating the Faculty to meet business outcomes.
  3. Evaluating Faculty effectiveness, highlighting challenges and successes for leadership review.
  4. Supporting programme delivery with project management and facilitation as needed.
  5. Managing stakeholder relationships, especially with People Partners.
  6. Monitoring and reporting faculty utilization and performance.
  7. Managing the Faculty project plan.
  8. Supporting learning and coaching of Faculty members.
  9. Acting as a specialist facilitator on key programmes.
  10. Collaborating with L&D to support facilitator needs across programmes.
  11. Supporting project management for programmes.
  12. Introducing innovation to enhance learner experience.
  13. Driving process simplification and standardization for quality and efficiency.

Required skills and experience include managerial experience, passion for L&D, communication and relationship skills, project management, strategic understanding, operational focus, and a commitment to quality.
