Audit Senior - Qualified or Part Qualified job opportunity based in Stevenage

We are looking for an Audit Senior to join this vibrant Stevenage office Audit team.

The purpose of this role is to play a key part in the audit team, ensuring that audit planning, fieldwork, and completion are performed to a sufficient standard, ultimately enabling the firm to sign audit reports.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, and completion of audits, reporting to audit seniors and managers for lower-risk audits, and preparing accounts, reports, and other assignments as required. You will coordinate planning with clients and liaise with relevant departments within the firm.

Requirements include ACA or ACCA qualification or being a part-qualified accountant, recent experience in Audit and Assurance within an accountancy practice, ideally with experience leading external audit assignments from planning to completion under International Standards on Auditing, and experience preparing accounts in accordance with UK GAAP.
