RMErecruit in Belfast is seeking an Audit Senior to lead fieldwork on-site and oversee the full audit lifecycle. You will supervise associates, draft statutory accounts, and liaise with the client’s finance team to resolve queries. The role demands a proactive, analytical professional who can adapt across industries.

The ideal candidate holds ACA or ACCA qualifications with at least 3 years in public practice and strong ISA knowledge, plus proficiency in Caseware, Inflo and Excel.

Qualificações

• Fully qualified ACA or ACCA with public practice audit experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a public practice audit environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISA and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Caseware, Inflo and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fieldwork: run the day-to-day audit on-site and tackle complex technical areas.
• Supervise associates: review work of junior staff and mentor them.
• Draft accounts: prepare statutory financial statements and audit highlights for manager review.
• Client liaison: act as main point of contact for client’s finance team and resolve queries.
• File delivery: manage audit timetable to ensure high-quality files completed on time.
