eps.recruitment is seeking an Audit Senior for a well-established Bedford accountancy practice. You will lead audit assignments from planning through to completion and mentor junior team members on client jobs.

ACA or ACCA qualified candidates with solid UK GAAP/ISAs knowledge and strong client communication will thrive in this role, offering up to £55,000 depending on experience and real progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification required.
• Solid practice audit experience at senior level.
• Sound knowledge of UK GAAP and ISAs and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion with review support from managers.
• Supervise and develop junior team members on client jobs.
• Review working papers and draft audit findings and financial statements.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, on site and in the office.
• Spot issues early and communicate them clearly to managers and partners.
