Job description

The role

We are looking for a qualified auditor to join our Film & TV team in London. This is a busy and rewarding role suitable for someone looking to partner with clients in an ever-growing industry.

In this position, you will report to managers, directors, and partners.

Our clients include major Hollywood studios, streaming networks, independent film and TV production companies in the US and UK, as well as entities related to film and television production such as financiers, visual effects, post-production houses, and video game developers ranging from small independents to large multinational studios.

The responsibilities

Alongside typical audit and accountancy work, your exposure will include:

  • Preparation and review of BFI certificate applications
  • Production expenditure analysis for tax returns
  • Tax credit estimates for productions and games
  • Production cost report audits for individual and co-productions
  • Funding applications and reports preparation and audit
The team

The Film & TV division has approximately 80 staff, including 7 Partners and 3 Directors. You will have support from trainees up to Partners.

This team operates separately from other audit departments but collaborates with various internal teams including corporate tax, personal tax, payroll, and outsourcing.

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with audit and accounts practice experience
