Audit Senior Responsibilities:
- Audit Leadership: Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing audit assignments to deliver high-quality results within agreed budgets and deadlines. Identify audit risks and ensure comprehensive control assessments for each client's business.
- Team Management: Work closely with audit teams, contributing to an environment of continuous learning and collaboration. Provide guidance and share knowledge to help junior colleagues develop their skills.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and the delivery of meaningful insights. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business to offer tailored recommendations and value-added advice.
- Compliance and Quality Standards: Ensure all audits comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Review deliverables, including accounts, tax computations, letters of representation, and board reports, to maintain the highest standards.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualifications: Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or relevant equivalent experience (essential).
- Audit Experience: Experience in delivering high-quality audit assignments in a practice setting (essential).
- Client Interaction: Demonstrable experience of working with SME and/or international client bases across a variety of sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Data Snipper, and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is advantageous.
- Team Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others (essential).
