A leading North West-based Accountancy firm, specialising in supporting SMEs and limited companies, is looking to recruit a positive and diligent Audit Senior to join their growing team in Liverpool. With over 40 years of experience, this reputable firm provides a range of accountancy and business advisory services to an expanding client base. As an Audit Senior, you will participate in onsite audits across Liverpool, involved in the full audit cycle from planning to report presentation. You will lead engagement efforts for the team and the wider firm, supporting the Audit Manager and Audit Partner in planning and executing audits for a diverse client base. You will be responsible for delivering efficient audit services and working closely with an experienced team, with opportunities for professional development and learning from seasoned professionals.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an audit team in a general practice, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. A strong sense of accountability is essential. Candidates currently studying towards an ACA/ACCA qualification are preferred. Excellent organisational and time management skills are necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A proactive attitude is also important.
You will receive a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
