Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Audit Senior in Leeds for an established independent practice. You will plan, conduct and complete audits for a range of clients, building strong client relationships and supporting junior team members.

You will review financial statements, stay updated on UK auditing standards, mentor juniors, and coordinate with Managers to deliver a high-quality service. ACA or ACCA qualification is preferred and salary ranges from £36,000 to £44,000.

As an Audit Senior, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality audits, from planning through to completion, whilst building strong client relationships and supporting junior members of the team.

Description

As an Audit Senior, you will:

Profile

A Successful Audit Senior Should Have:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or approaching qualification.
• Experience working within an accountancy practice audit environment.
• Strong understanding of UK audit and accounting principles.
• Ability to manage audit assignments and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff is advantageous.

Job Offer

• Salary of £36,000 to £44,000, dependent on the level of experience.
