Audit Senior | Hybrid & Flexible Working | Leading Firm | Farnham

We’re working with a leading accountancy practice that continues to grow across the South East. Known for their collaborative culture, career development opportunities and flexible approach, this is a firm that genuinely puts people first while delivering exceptional client service.

They’ve created a fantastic opportunity for an Audit Senior to join their growing team in Farnham. You’ll lead on a variety of audits, supervise junior staff, and play a key role in building client relationships—all within a friendly, supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion across a range of sectors
• Liaising with managers and partners to deliver high-quality audits
• Preparing audit files, completing fieldwork, and reviewing work from junior team members
• Supervising, training, and mentoring more junior staff
• Ensuring audits are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget
• Preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
• Building strong client relationships, providing advice and support
• Contributing to internal process improvements and pricing input for new clients

This is a varied role with real opportunity to further develop technical and leadership skills while working with a diverse client base.

What we’re looking for:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified)
• At least 3 years’ UK practice experience in audit
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience supervising and reviewing work of more junior team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Confident user of Excel and able to quickly adapt to new accounting software (experience with Xero, Sage, Caseware, CCH an advantage)
• Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative approach
