Job summary

DJH in Bury is seeking an Audit Senior to join our experienced team and work with managers and directors on audits for a diverse client base. You'll be involved in planning and running audits on site, building relationships with clients to deliver a superior service.

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, have external audit experience, and be tech-savvy with knowledge of CCH.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification or part-qualified.
• Experience in external audit with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience on owner-managed businesses and a range of audits.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CCH desirable.
• Collaborative and progressive environment.
• Excellent communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Get involved in planning and executing audits for clients.
• Lead onsite audit team to deliver high quality audits.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients while on site.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business to deliver a great experience.
• Coach, lead and develop trainees and junior staff.

As an Audit Senior, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced audit team, working with managers and directors to deliver audits across our vibrant and diverse client base.

It’s a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You’ll:

• Get fully involved in the process, planning and executing audits for our fantastic clients.
• Lead the onsite audit team to deliver high quality and slick audits.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships becoming the go-to for clients whilst you’re out on site.
• Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver great experience.
• Coach, lead and develop a team of trainees and semi-seniors.
