Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Audit Senior for a Blackburn-based role. You will lead audits from planning to completion, prepare and review audit files, and liaise directly with clients to build strong working relationships.

The role includes supervising junior staff, addressing issues with practical solutions, and supporting managers and partners in service delivery. Hybrid working is available in Blackburn.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing qualification.
• Strong audit background within an accountancy practice.
• Good knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.

Audit Senior Key Responsibilities:

• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion.
