Clark Wood Limited in Huddersfield is seeking an Audit Semi Senior to join a growing accountancy practice. You will support audit assignments from planning through to completion while gaining client-facing experience on a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses.

This role provides study support towards ACA/ACCA, opportunities for progression, and benefits such as death in service (4x salary), EV and Cycle to Work schemes, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience from an accountancy practice in audits.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Keen to develop and progress in audit and accounting.
• Studying towards ACA/ACCA.

Responsibilities

• Assist audits from planning through to completion.
• Carry out audit fieldwork at client sites.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Assist with accounts preparation and client queries.
• Support junior team members and collaborate with Seniors/Managers/Directors.
