Qualifications

• Senior manager level experience in a practice environment.
• Experience managing teams and an audit portfolio.
• Experience in RI role and in multi-service audit work.
• Knowledge of IRIS preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and audit standards and tax changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the audit department’s activities and growth.
• Pitch and win new audit work and assignments.
• Collaborate with Regional Head and MD to promote services.
• Develop new client relationships to grow the firm’s client base.
• Maintain and develop client relationships across engagements.
• Identify opportunities to add value and grow revenues across service lines.
• Oversee profitability and performance of the department.
• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory standards, and risk management.
