Job Responsibilities

• Audit File Reviews: Perform engagement quality control reviews, hot and cold file reviews.
• Technical Advisory: Respond to technical queries with clarity and precision, identifying common themes and trends.
• Guidance Development: Create and share guidance on emerging topics, changes in standards, and review findings.
• Training: Design and deliver targeted training across the firm.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UK offices to promote consistent and high-quality audit practices.
• Quality Control: Help build and maintain strong audit quality procedures.

The Successful Applicant

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent).
• Strong experience in external audit, quality control, audit file reviewing, and technical accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in audit software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with a detail-focused approach.
• Clear communicator and confident collaborator.
• Ability to manage projects and mentor others effectively.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
