Job summary

Pro-Recruitment on behalf of its client is seeking an Audit Partner to support the growth of the Thames Valley & West practice, based in Reading or Bristol. You will lead a diverse portfolio of audit engagements, advise boards and executive teams, and drive new business opportunities with senior clients.

The role requires ACA/ACCA with RI status, extensive audit experience in professional services, and strong leadership with stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with RI status.
• Extensive audit experience in professional services.
• Proven track record of leading complex audits and managing senior client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop relationships across a diverse audit client portfolio.
• Act as adviser to boards, executive teams and key stakeholders.
• Drive business development opportunities and growth.
• Deliver high-quality audit engagements in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Audit, Tax and Advisory teams to provide integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to growth and strategic development of the Thames Valley & West practice.
