Pro‑Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Big 4 firm for an experienced Audit Partner to lead an established Charities or Higher Education team and portfolio in the UK.

You will sign audit opinions, advise Boards and Trustees, and mentor a high-performing team while driving growth across not-for-profit and corporate sectors. A highly competitive remuneration package awaits a senior leader with RI status.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIPFA/ICAS with RI status.
• Experience signing audit opinions in charities or higher education.
• Operating at Partner, Director, or equivalent level.
• Strong technical audit expertise and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Sign audit opinions (RI) for charity/higher education clients.
• Lead a significant portfolio and act as adviser to Boards and executive teams.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing audit team.
• Drive growth and cross-sell services across not-for-profit and related markets.
• Champion audit quality and client service across the portfolio.
