Pro‑Recruitment Group is recruiting an ambitious Audit Partner for a market-leading Big 4 firm in Reading. You will lead a portfolio of privately owned audit clients, drive growth and shape the future of the practice in the Thames Valley.

In this highly visible role you will develop client relationships with business owners, advisers and introducers, win new work and mentor high-performing audit teams, while maintaining delivery of high-quality services.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Existing Audit Partner, RI or experienced Audit Director seeking a step into partnership.
• Strong technical audit background in a leading accountancy practice.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and generating new business.
• Commercial, entrepreneurial and growth-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of privately owned audit clients.
• Drive business development and identify new growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, intermediaries and referral networks.
• Provide strategic advice to business owners and senior management teams.
• Lead and develop high-performing audit teams.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services.
