Job summary

Ambition in the UK is seeking a Senior Audit Partner who can join immediately as Responsible Individual to register the audit firm, secure regulatory approvals and sign off audits. You will work with product and technology teams to advance AI-enabled audit delivery.

The role places you at the core of launching a modern, technology-first audit practice, shaping methodologies and client delivery while collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an Audit Partner and immediately available.
• ,
• Hold a recognised audit qualification.
• Strong technical audit expertise and leadership of complex audit engagements.
• Good understanding of the UK audit market.
• Interest in how AI and automation can transform audit and assurance services.

Responsibilities

• Register the audit firm and complete regulatory approval.
• Provide expertise on UK audit regulations, methodology and market expectations.
• Lead external audit engagements including sign-off.
• Support the development of audit methodologies, workflows and quality assurance processes.
• Work with product and technology teams to enhance audit delivery through automation and AI.
