The Role:

As an Audit Manager specialising in Not-for-Profit, you will have a great opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, as well as directly with a Partner/Director, to deliver a comprehensive, client-focused service to a designated portfolio.

The Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining a productive relationship with all clients in the agreed portfolio, maintaining regular contact and completing all complex accounts work and tax issues.
  2. Acting as point of contact for NFP Partner portfolio in the partner's absence, ensuring that matters are dealt with in a timely manner.
  3. Ensuring that appropriate information is fed to the compliance team to enable effective scheduling of work, allowing assessment of resources and time requirements.
  4. Monitoring the achievement of the chargeable units budget, ensuring work is completed within deadlines.
  5. Ensuring that all fee notes are generated and sent out in line with Partner and client requirements.
  6. Ensuring work is conducted to the correct standard and accounts preparation is accurate and meaningful for the industry.
  7. Providing coaching, direction, support, and feedback to junior team members.
The Person:

We expect this person to have:

  1. Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio, preferably with clients from the NFP sector.
  2. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  3. Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a track record of developing junior staff.
  4. Strong understanding of NFP sector regulations and requirements.
