Job summary

Insite Group in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to take ownership of client portfolios, lead a team and build strong relationships across varied businesses. You will manage engagements from planning through to completion and partner with senior leadership.

The role blends technical audit expertise with client management, budgeting and mentorship of junior staff, with opportunities for progression in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Solid audit experience across multiple engagements.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and accounting standards such as IFRS/FRS.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and act as primary contact.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards.
