You will manage audit teams, review financial statements, and build strong client relationships while identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring timely delivery in a hybrid working environment with parking.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications are required.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
• Experience managing audits and leading teams in professional services.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalise audits for a range of clients in line with regulatory standards.
• Review and prepare financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead audit teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to clients.
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support broader business objectives.
