Job summary

Une entreprise leader au Royaume-Uni recherche un Audit Manager pour établir des plans d'audit et gérer une équipe d'auditeurs. Vous serez responsable de superviser les audits clé et de gérer les bases de données de non-conformité. Des qualifications d'auditeur reconnues et de l'expérience en leadership HSEQ sont requises. Cette position offre une opportunité de faire avancer des améliorations substantielles dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

• Expérience en leadership HSEQ dans un rôle similaire.
• Connaissances des exigences du SIPP et du CDM sont essentielles.
• Capacité de gestion d'équipe démontrable.

Responsibilities

• Établir des programmes d'assurance efficaces basés sur les risques identifiés.
• Gérer les audits externes ISO et les audits chez les fournisseurs.
• Développer l'équipe d'audit pour un service optimisé.

As the Audit Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the audit plans for the business and managing a team of auditors, you will collectively be undertaking risk-based audits.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing a non-conformance database detailing findings from audits. You will be required to provide stakeholders with visibility of all non-conformances and improvement opportunities.

Main Duties

• Develop implement and monitor an effective assurance program to cover risks detailed within the HSEQ Risk Register
• Manage and co-ordinate external ISO audits and supplier/ contractor audits.
• Manage and develop the Audit team to provide a highly effective service across the business.
• Monitor non-conformances and escalate areas of potential impact.

Experience and Qualifications

• Recognised Lead Auditor Qualification
• Recognised Internal Auditor Qualification
• ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 Awareness
• Working knowledge of SIPP and CDM
• Experience in a similar HSEQ leadership role
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 & 90001
• Working knowledge of CDM requirements
• Demonstrable Project Management Capability
