Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan au Royaume-Uni recherche un Audit Manager pour diriger et gérer une équipe d'audit. Vous serez responsable d'établir des plans d'audit basés sur les risques, en veillant à la conformité et en fournissant des recommandations d'amélioration. Un rôle clé avec des responsabilités en gestion de projet et en audit ISO pour contribuer à la stratégie HSEQ de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

• Expérience en leadership HSEQ similaire requise.
• Connaissance des exigences CDM et ISO.
• Capacité démontrable à gérer des projets.

Responsibilities

• Établir les plans d'audit et gérer une équipe d'auditeurs.
• Gérer les audits ISO externes et les audits de fournisseurs/contractants.
• Montrer les non-conformances et escalader les problèmes potentiels.

As the Audit Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the audit plans for the business and managing a team of auditors, you will collectively be undertaking risk-based audits.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing a non-conformance database detailing findings from audits. You will be required to provide stakeholders with visibility of all non-conformances and improvement opportunities.

Main Duties

• Develop implement and monitor an effective assurance program to cover risks detailed within the HSEQ Risk Register
• Manage and co-ordinate external ISO audits and supplier/ contractor audits.
• Manage and develop the Audit team to provide a highly effective service across the business.
• Monitor non-conformances and escalate areas of potential impact.

Experience and Qualifications

• Recognised Lead Auditor Qualification
• Recognised Internal Auditor Qualification
• ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 Awareness
• Working knowledge of SIPP and CDM
• Experience in a similar HSEQ leadership role
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 & 90001
• Working knowledge of CDM requirements
• Demonstrable Project Management Capability
