Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a leading accountancy and business advisory firm to manage a portfolio of audit clients, lead audits from planning through to completion, and act as the primary contact for clients from the Nottingham office.

The role requires ACA or ACCA qualification and experience at Audit Manager level, or readiness for promotion, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification required.
• Experience leading audit engagements.
• Experience managing a client portfolio.
• Strong technical audit and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across sectors.
• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion.

• Identify opportunities to provide additional services and support business development.

Description

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors and sizes

Profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Previous experience operating at Audit Manager level, or an experienced Assistant Manager ready for promotion
• Strong technical audit and financial reporting knowledge
• Experience managing a client portfolio and leading audit engagements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
