We're working with a fast-growing, boutique mid-tier firm that is on a high growth journey. At Astrum Search, we've been asked to find Audit Managers who want to advance their careers and be part of a growing business serving the SME client base.

We have multiple roles available in the Not for Profit sector for candidates with audit and assurance experience. The portfolio will mainly consist of non-listed charities, academies, and trusts (around 70%), with the remaining 30% including media, hospitality, retail, etc.

The ideal candidate will be:

1. ACA/ACCA/CPA or CA qualified and already based in the UK
2. Preferably from a Top 80 practice firm with experience managing multiple clients
3. Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
4. Experience auditing charities, trusts, and academies, with an understanding of sector-specific risks
5. Motivated to take on challenges within a fast-growing firm
6. Capable of managing a portfolio at the Manager level and leading junior staff
7. Proficient in reporting to senior management
