This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager to step into a leadership role, managing a diverse client portfolio and contributing to the continued growth of a forward-thinking firm.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of clients as their primary point of contact
• Leading audits from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Managing team performance, budgets, billing, and client engagement
• Supporting tenders, proposals, and business development activities
• Contributing to the management of the audit and compliance team
• Providing technical updates and training to ensure high standards across the team
• Mentoring and line managing junior team members
• Responding to client queries and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships

This is a varied, hands-on role, offering an excellent platform to grow both technically and commercially within a fast-growing firm.

What we’re looking for:

• ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 2 years’ post-qualified experience in UK practice
• Previous experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality audits and managing audit teams
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence in identifying business development opportunities
• Leadership and coaching skills to support and develop the team
