Job summary

BK Plus Limited in Brighton is seeking an Audit Supervisor or Manager for our Audit team. You will manage an audit portfolio, provide hands-on technical support, and help develop operational capabilities for charity clients while contributing to growth of the practice.

The role requires strong audit and accounting experience, excellent communication, and a proactive management style. Some travel to London is expected as part of client coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong technical ability with audit and accounting experience.
• Excellent communication to develop and grow the business.
• Proven management style with ability to progress new talent.
• Attention to detail.
• Charity experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage an audit portfolio.
• Audit planning and management.
• Preparing statutory accounts in compliance with FRS102, Charity SORP etc.
• Managing and reviewing jobs prepared by junior staff.
• Occasional travel to London.
• Provide management and hands-on technical support for the Audit Team.
• Assist the RI and Audit Senior Manager to grow practice through fee acquisition as well as organic growth.
• Help develop operational capabilities of Charities teams to enable division to continue on expand.
