Autograph Recruitment is partnering with a leading, dynamic Accountancy Practice in Cheltenham. This is an exciting time for the team, with plans to expand their presence across a diverse client base.

The Audit Manager role will lead and plan audits, manage a portfolio of clients (including international groups and not-for-profits) and mentor junior staff, while collaborating with Partners to maintain the highest audit standards and pursuing clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with proven audit experience.
• Lead and plan audits with client contact.
• Mentor junior team members and support Managers.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with diverse needs.
• Deliver high-quality audits with strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan audits, acting as a first point of contact for clients.
• Manage your own portfolio of clients while supporting Managers on larger engagements.
• Work with a variety of clients, including international groups, corporate businesses, owner-managed companies, and not-for-profit organisations.
• Collaborate closely with Audit Partners and your team to ensure audits are delivered to the highest standard.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the audit team while benefiting from clear progression opportunities.
