We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manager / Senior Manager or equivalent to join our Learning Development team. The role suits a talented, high-performing, and ambitious individual eager to support current initiatives and shape future L&D strategy during a growth phase. This role reports to the Development and Monitoring Lead (DAM).
The Learning Development team (LD) designs and curates content for the Audit programme, aiming to develop impactful, innovative solutions that meet learner needs and deliver business outcomes. The team includes technical and non-technical specialists responsible for authoring activities.
Lead authors collaborate with the Business Partnering team (BP) and Audit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business objectives, translate them into learning objectives, and design effective learning interventions using various methodologies and innovations. They also support project management and may facilitate programmes as needed.
The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of programmes, review content created by others, coach junior team members, drive team workstreams, and support initiatives like our Learning Library and Learning Culture programmes.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with travel to London and other offices, external venues, and occasional residential stays required.
